An agentic AI workspace for an accounting firm
Design and deploy an agentic work environment built around the firm's own trade, used daily by its teams.

Context
The firm wanted to go beyond occasional use of a chat assistant. The goal: AI working on real client files, with the rules and vocabulary of the trade.
What I did
- Started from the firm’s strategic analysis to set priorities, rather than stacking use cases.
- Designed a dedicated work environment: projects per core activity, trade-specific skills, connected tools.
- Deployed with the teams and tuned on the first real files.
Outcome
An environment in service, adopted by the firm, with good results on the targeted tasks. The tool runs in production, on real client files.
